投稿是策略遊戲
許多人投稿失敗不是因為論文不好，而是因為投錯期刊。錯誤的期刊會在 24 小時內 desk-reject (editor 一看就知道不適合)，浪費你 3-6 個月找下一家。
正確策略：在寫之前就鎖定 1 個 first-choice + 2 個 backup，並照那家期刊的 author guidelines 寫。等寫完才挑期刊，注定要返工。
Many submissions fail not because of poor writing but because of poor journal fit. Wrong journal = desk-reject in 24 hours, costing 3-6 months looking for the next.

二、Open Access 四模式
🥇 Gold OA
作者付 APC ($1500-$11000)，論文立即免費公開。例：PLOS ONE, Nature Communications, BMC, Scientific Reports。NIH/Wellcome funder 偏好。

🟢 Green OA

三、避開掠奪性期刊
掠奪性期刊 (predatory journals) 收費快、審查空轉、學術記錄無保障。投了不只浪費 APC，還會被嚴肅期刊視為 "predatory record" 而拒收後續投稿。
2026 年驗證工具：Cabells Predatory Reports (付費精準) + Think.Check.Submit. (免費 checklist) + DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals 白名單)。
Predatory journals collect fees fast, run sham peer review, and offer no archival guarantees. Submitting wastes APC and creates a "predatory record" that mainstream journals reject in future.
2026 verification: Cabells Predatory Reports (paid, precise), Think.Check.Submit. (free checklist), DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals — whitelist).
🚩 主動邀稿、語氣浮誇
"Esteemed Researcher, We are highly impressed by your work..." — 真期刊不會主動寄這種信。

🚩 7 天就能完成 peer review
正常 peer review 至少 4-12 週。承諾「rapid 7 天」幾乎一定是空轉。

🚩 編輯團隊不透明
沒列 editor 全名 / 機構，或列了但對方否認 (常被冒用)。Google 一下 editor 的姓名 + 期刊名。

🚩 網站不專業
排版亂、圖片低解析、英文文法錯多、模仿大期刊命名 ("Lancet of XXX")。
Sloppy layout, low-res images, broken English, big-journal-mimicking name ("Lancet of XXX").
🚩 不在 PubMed/Scopus/DOAJ
真期刊一定被至少一個主要 indexing service 收錄。OA 期刊未在 DOAJ → 100% 警示。
